How Cadrillo Uses AI
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Cadrillo uses artificial intelligence. This page explains where, what information it uses, and the limits we put on it.
Where AI is used
- Wesley, the AI employee, reads the messages, email, meetings and tools you connect, drafts replies and documents, plans work and carries out tasks.
- Voice: the desktop and phone apps turn speech into text, and can speak answers aloud.
- Meetings and calls: recordings are transcribed and summarized into notes and action items.
- Building: Cadrillo writes and designs websites, apps and code you ask for.
- Search and answers: Cadrillo searches your workspace's knowledge to answer questions.
What AI receives
When a feature uses AI, the text, images, audio or files that feature needs are sent to an AI model provider, which processes them and returns a result. We send only what the task needs. Information is sent over encrypted connections, and the providers work under commercial terms that govern how they handle it.
What Cadrillo learns about your business, such as your facts, your preferences and the way you write, is stored for your workspace and used to serve you.
People stay in charge
- Cadrillo asks a person before it does anything important, such as sending a message to a customer or publishing something.
- AI can be wrong. Check what it produces before you rely on it.
- Cadrillo does not use AI to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without a person involved.
Where you'll see AI
Anything an AI assistant says to you directly comes from Cadrillo's AI unless it says it is a person. Content we publish may have been drafted with AI and is reviewed by our team.
